Below is everything we need from you to get going. Work through it in one sitting if you can, or spread it across a couple of days. Either way is completely fine.
Each section walks you through what we need and how to share it. Account access steps include written instructions, and brand and content files can be sent through directly. There is also a final checklist at the end so nothing slips through.
Once we have everything, the strategy build starts in Week 1 and we go live in Week 2.
To ensure everything we produce looks and feels like Team Group Rentals, we need your brand files and a good selection of photos. Please send them through directly and we will take it from there.
Please email or message me with your logos, brand files and photos. You are welcome to send what you have now and follow up with anything else as it becomes available. No need to wait until you have everything together.
Send through your files โWe will send a partner request to access your Facebook Page and Instagram via Meta Business Manager. This is what allows us to schedule posts, run ad campaigns and pull performance reporting. Follow the steps on desktop or phone, whichever is more convenient.
head to the Instagram Setup tab next. It walks you through linking the two so we can manage both platforms from one place.
If your Instagram is already set up as a business account and linked to your Facebook page, you can skip this section. If not, here is how to get sorted in a few minutes.
Instagram and Facebook will now be connected, making it much easier to manage both from one place.
We need access to a Meta Ad Account to run your Facebook and Instagram campaigns and report on performance. If you have an existing account we can use it. If not, we will get a fresh one set up. Your ad spend ($500 per campaign, paid directly to Meta) always sits in your own account, in your own name.
Your $500 per campaign is billed directly to your Meta ad account. We manage the campaigns on your behalf, but the spend, the data and the account history remain in your name. You retain full ownership regardless of any future changes to our arrangement.
